Why Learn the Cebuano Language?

Every person has unique reason for learning a second language. Many people need to learn a language because their jobs demanded it. Some just learn a language because they wanted to visit the place for a short period of time. They wanted to be able to communicate with the local people in that place. Some would like to learn a language because they wanted to settle in that place. Yes, there are many reasons why a person has to learn a language. Once we have identified these reasons then we will be motivated to learn the language.
I asked more than a hundred of people, specially college students, about their reason for learning English. Number answer is for them to find a good job when they graduate. They feel that this it's a need to learn English as a second language. But my favorite reason is, "because of love". I have read some posts or blogs about people  wanting to learn a language because they met someone who speak the language. I thought it is the sweetest and the most sincere thing one can give to the one he loves to try to speak to him/her in his own language.
This blog is dedicated to a person who desires to learn Cebuano language in order to communicate to the family of the person who loves him. I hope this can be useful for him. Learning a language is fun!
Enjoy learning our language-Cebuano.
